Whilst they have not submitted a table of rents (as these would be subject to change), the Applicant has confirmed that, in accordance with the definition of Social Rent, the rents would not exceed the rent levels determined by the formula set out in the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Rent Standard Guidance (sometimes referred to as rent caps or target rent levels).
