Examples of Rent Standard Guidance in a sentence

  • Whilst they have not submitted a table of rents (as these would be subject to change), the Applicant has confirmed that, in accordance with the definition of Social Rent, the rents would not exceed the rent levels determined by the formula set out in the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Rent Standard Guidance (sometimes referred to as rent caps or target rent levels).

Related to Rent Standard Guidance

  • Contract Standard means such standard as complies in each and every respect with all relevant provisions of the Contract;

Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Pretreatment standards means all applicable Federal rules and regulations implementing Section 307 of the Act, as well as any nonconflicting State or local standards. In cases of conflicting standards or regulations, the more stringent thereof shall be applied.

  • Standard Specifications means the City of Madera Standard Specifications, including attached details and amendments thereto.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No. 103 of 1977);

  • Renewable Portfolio Standard or “RPS” means a state or federal law, rule or regulation that requires a stated amount or minimum proportion or quantity of electricity that is sold or used by specified persons to be generated from Renewable Energy Sources.

  • Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.
