Required provisions/clauses set forth in FAR 52.301 automatically flow down to all OASIS SB task orders based on their specific contract type (e.g. cost, fixed price, etc.), statement of work, competition requirements, commercial or not commercial, and dollar value as of the date the task order solicitation is issued.
