Examples of Reseller Data in a sentence

  • Reseller Data, the terms of Clause 5 shall govern such processing and Personal Data contained within Reseller Data shall not therefore be considered Confidential Information for the purposes of this Clause 6.

  • Reseller acknowledges that, with respect to Reseller Data that is regulated by law or regulation as “personal data / information” where HUGE or its agents come into possession of such Reseller Data, Reseller has a right to access such Reseller Data upon written notice and have any agreed errors in such Reseller Data rectified.

  • The extent of the historical Reseller Data or Customer Data that will be provided to Reseller pursuant to the prior sentence will be limited to data stored within the preceding ninety (90) days.

  • Subject to the limited rights granted to ASC pursuant to this Agreement, ASC acquires no right, title or interest from Reseller or any Customers under this Agreement in or to Customer Data and Reseller Data, including any intellectual property rights therein.

  • ASC shall have the limited right to use the Customer Data and Reseller Data to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Reseller shall obtain such rights from its Customers for ASC.

  • Acalvio shall have the limited right to use the Customer Data and Reseller Data to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Reseller shall obtain such rights from its Customers for Acalvio.

Related to Reseller Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;
