Right to Views. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any employee or representative of an employee to the expression or communication of a view, complaint or opinion on any matter so long as such action does not interfere with the performance of the duties of employment as prescribed in this Agreement or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative.

Pursuant to PELRA, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair, or affect the right of any employee or his/her representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint, or opinion regarding any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full, faithful, and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any paraeducator or her/his representative in the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full, faithful, and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the Exclusive Representative.

Pursuant to the PELRA, nothing contained in this Agreement will be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any teacher or their representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designated to and does not interfere with the full, faithful, and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative; nor will it be construed to require any teacher to perform labor or services against their will.

In compliance with P.E.L.R.A. 179A.06, Subd. 1, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any employee or that employee’s representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of CAPS.

Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any principal or representative of a principal to the expression or communication of a view, complaint or opinion on any matter so long as such action does not interfere with the performance of the duties of employment as prescribed in this agreement or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative.
Right to Views. Any teacher or representative of the teacher may express or communicate a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to the conditions of or compensation for employment as long as such action does not interfere with the performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the Federation.
Right to Views. Pursuant to M.S. 179.65, Subd. 1, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit, impair or affect the right of any principal or his/her representative to the expression or communication of a view, grievance, complaint or opinion on any matter related to administration of this contract and the conditions or compensation of public employment or their betterment, so long as the same is not designed to and does not interfere with the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment or circumvent the rights of the exclusive representative if there be one, nor shall it be construed to require any principal to perform labor or services against his will.
