Rollover Funds definition

Rollover Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.1.
Rollover Funds means all funds paid by the ISDs to the TCJB for either discretionary or mandatory expulsion allotments that remain unexpended on August 31 of each year.
Rollover Funds means Saw Mill Capital LLC, Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC and Hamilton Lane Co-Investment Fund II, LP.

  • Any Rollover Funds remaining after the Debt has been paid in full shall be returned to Borrower.

Rollover Funds shall have the meaning set forth m the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
