Room operator means any principal, employee, or agent responsible for the operational management and supervision of facilities from which telephonic sales calls are made or received.
Room operator means an Employee who performs all of Level 1 Food & Bar Attendant duties and may train and supervise Level 1 Employees. Or Duty Manager means an Employee with a high level of proficiency in Level 1 and Level 2 duties who, in addition, is responsible for the well-being of the hotel by maintaining financial records and journals; collecting and preparing time and wage records; sorting, processing and reconciling financial documents and tills on a daily basis; maintaining and recording xxxxx cash; preparing bank deposits and withdrawals, banking, providing a high level of customer service and training and supervising Employees. Level 5- Food and beverage Manager means an employee who has the appropriate level of training including a supervisory course and who has the responsibility for supervision, training and co-ordination of food and beverage staff, or stock control for a bar or series of bars. Or Cook means a “demi chef” or equivalent who has completed an apprenticeship or has passed the appropriate trade test and who is engaged to perform general or specialised cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties and/or supervises and trains other cooks and kitchen employees.
