Stock Control. This relates to the ‘shelf life’ of the material. Timescale must be given in the manufacturers’ quality plan and adhered to. Instructions must be given to customers regarding production dates where appropriate (e.g SMR materials which have 7 day shelf life).

The Tenant hereby represents that the majority of the shares of each class of stock of the Tenant now issued and outstanding is owned by Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, residing at No. 000 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, X.X. 00000, and it is expressly understood and agreed that, except with the prior consent of the Landlord, that a Permitted Stockholder (as herein defined) will continue at all times throughout the term of this Lease to own at least 35% of the shares of each class of stock of the Tenant now or hereafter issued and outstanding, and further that the said Xxxx Xxxxxxxx (or in the event of his death, a qualified person having achieved and demonstrated a high level of competence in supervising the conduct and operation of a first class restaurant, and whose achieving and demonstrating a high level of competence shall be subject to the approval of the Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) shall at all times throughout the term of this Lease have effective working control of the business of the Tenant, and the breach of this condition shall be deemed for all purposes an assignment of this Lease in violation of the covenants of Article Seventh hereof. The term "Permitted Stockholder" shall mean (i) the said Xxxx Xxxxxxxx or in the event of his death his executor, administrator, heirs or devisees, and (ii) the spouse and/or any child of the said Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and/or a trust established by the said Xxxx Xxxxxxxx for the benefit of his spouse or child.
Stock Control. 7.1 The Prison Librarian will be responsible for overseeing the training of the library staff and Prisoner Orderlies in the issue and discharge of stock. The Prison Librarian will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the issue routines.
7.2 As in the outside community, users should be made aware that library materials on loan to them are their own responsibility. They should be encouraged to take care of stock and to return items on time and be made aware of the system in place for their accountability in terms of stock loss or damage.
7.3 Prisoners may borrow up to 6 books at a time along with spoken word materials. Books will be issued for a three week period.
7.4 Once items are overdue the Prison Librarian will be responsible for pursuing items which remain outstanding and for taking disciplinary action if required. The Establishment will advise of appropriate routes for recovery and discipline.
7.5 A formal stock-take of all library material will take place on an annual basis. The Head of Prison Libraries will provide the Learning and Skills Manager with an updated Asset Register on an annual basis, which clearly indicates stock losses and damage. Records of library stock will be kept separately from records of community stock and should be readily available for scrutiny.
7.6 In liaison with the establishment the Prison Librarian will endeavour to retrieve all loaned books from prisoners prior to their exit from the prison. The Prison Librarian will liaise with the manager for Learning & Skills and other relevant managers in the prison to identify strategies that will support this aim.
Stock Control. Our local installation and service provider will carry an appropriate amount of PGS equipment in stock to minimize delivery time etc. during a service related incident.

6.3 Each prisoner may borrow up to three books including audio books at a time for two weeks. In addition enhanced prisoners may also borrow one CD for one week and one DVD overnight. Enhanced prisoners are required to pay a one-off deposit before they can borrow either CDs or DVDs. The deposit will be retained by the library if items are lost or damaged. Items can be renewed if not reserved for someone else. Additional materials and long term loan facilities may be borrowed at the discretion of the Library Manager.
