TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. 48.1 Particulars of details of payment to each Employee must be included on the envelope including the payment or in a statement handed to the Employee at the time payment is made and will contain the following information:
(a) Name of employing Employer;
(b) Name of Employee;
(c) Employee's classification;
(d) Date of payment and period covered by wage statement;
(e) Details of the number of ordinary hours worked;
(f) Details of the number of overtime hours worked;
(g) The ordinary hourly rate and the amount paid at that rate;
(h) The overtime hourly rates and the amounts paid at those rates;
(i) The gross wages paid;
(j) The net wages paid;
(k) Details of any deductions made from the wages;
(l) Details of all accrued entitlements such as RDOs, personal leave, annual leave, etc;
(m) Details of the Employer BUSSQ contribution;
(n) Details of the Employer XXXX contribution, including the amount;
(o) Details of the Employer CIPQ payment, including the amount;
(p) Details of the Employees BEWT payment, including and the amount.
48.2 In addition, the Employer must also maintain the following time and wage records:
(a) The Employee’s date of birth;
(b) date when the Employee became an Employee of the Employer, if appropriate, the date when the Employee ceased employment with the Employer;
(c) The Employee’s tax file number;
(d) The Employee’s number;
(e) The Employee’s XXXX number;
(f) The Employee’s QLeave or NTBuild number;
(g) The Employee’s CIPQ number;
(h) Daily details of work including:
(i) Daily start time and finish time;
(ii) Time lunch and crib breaks taken;
(iii) Total ordinary hours worked and resulting wage;
(iv) Total time and a half hours worked and resulting wage;
(v) Total double time hours worked and resulting wage;
(i) Details of allowances paid;
(j) Details and payment for RDOs, Personal and annual leave, public holidays;
(k) Details of deductions;
(l) Details of additions;
(m) Total gross allowances paid per week and year to date;
(n) Total gross wages paid per week and year to date;
(o) Tax deducted from wages per week and year to date;
(p) Net wages per week and year to date;
(q) RDOs, sick and annual leave accrued per week and year to date;
(r) Superannuation, XXXX, BEWT, and CIPQ paid per week and year to date.

TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. (i) All Employees covered by this Enterprise Agreement are required to use the time clock to record their time of commencing and finishing work. No Employee is permitted to knowingly use another Employee’s time card.
(ii) Wages shall be paid weekly into the Employee’s nominated bank or other account, as agreed, not later than 6.00pm on the normal pay day (Thursday).
(iii) Casual Employees’ wages shall be paid into the Employee’s nominated bank or other account weekly or on the day of termination of services if earlier than the normal pay day.
(iv) We are aware of problems in the past with banks not transferring funds as agreed. The Company is prepared to look at individual cases and reimburse reasonable costs as a result of late transfer of wages to the Company’s bank. The company cannot be held responsible for the banks internal procedures.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. An officer of the union authorized by the State Secretary of the Union who holds a valid entry permit issued by FWC, may for the purposes of ensuring the observance of this Agreement or an Order of FWC or the Disputes Board binding on the Employer and subject to strict adherence to the Right of Entry obligations specified in the Act may,
(a) After having provided the mandatory period of 24 hours written notice to both the Employer and occupier of the site enter the prescribed premises that are specified in the authority or occupied by the Employer.
(b) Inspect or view any work or document, which will include a list of the Employer’s Apprentices; and
(c) Interview an Apprentice who is a member, or is eligible to be a member of the ETU. If an Officer of the Union proposing to enter the company’s premises is required by the Employer to produce evidence of authority, the Officer is not entitled to enter or remain on the premises without producing the authority referred to above. If requested by the accredited Officer of the Union, the Employer will provide a copy of the records referred to above. It is not the intention of this clause to provide rights or entitlements in addition to those contained within Division 3 Part 4 of the Fair Work Xxx 0000 which deal with Union Right of Entry.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. An officer of the union authorised by the State Secretary of the Union, may for the purposed of ensuring the observance of the NEECIA or this AGREEMENT or an Order of the Commission or Disputes Board binding on the company.
(a) at any time during working hours, enter the prescribed premises that are specified in the authority or occupied by the company.
(b) Inspect or view any work or document, which will include a list of employees, and
(c) Interview an employee who is a member, or is eligible to be a member of the ETU If an Officer of the union proposing to enter the company's premises is required by the company to produce evidence of authority, the Officer is not entitled to enter or remain on the premises without producing the authority referred to above. If requested by the accredited Officer of the Union, the employer will provide a copy of these records.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. (a) The Employer is required to keep time and wages records showing the name of each employee, the hours worked each day, the wages, overtime and allowances (if any) paid to the employee.
(b) All employees are required to follow the following full swiping procedures of entry and exiting into the premises/work area: • When an employee enters and exits the premises, • at the start of an employee’s shift, • at the end of an employee’s shift, and • when an employee changes work areas, For example when employees change between production areas from Trim Room to the Clean Room, the employee will swipe at the Clean Room entry. Employees don't have to swipe out at the trim room.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. 10.1.1 Except where mechanical recording devices are used for the purpose of recording starting and finishing times, an employer shall provide a time book or time sheet in which they shall cause to be entered each day's starting and finishing times, each day's hours of work of each employee (including overtime if any) and the wages received each week.
10.1.2 Time books, time sheets and other records kept in compliance with this clause shall be kept for at least six years after they have been completed.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. 4.5.1 All Employees covered by this Agreement are required to use the time clock to record their time of commencing and finishing work. No Employee is permitted to knowingly use another Employee’s timecard or record time on behalf of another Employee.
4.5.2 Wages shall be paid weekly into the Employee’s nominated bank or other account, as agreed, not later than 6.00pm on the normal pay day (Thursday). Pay slips to be provided by lunchtime on pay day.
4.5.3 The Company is aware of problems in the past with banks not transferring funds as agreed. The Company is prepared to look at individual cases and reimburse reasonable costs as a result of late transfer of wages to the Company’s bank. The Company cannot be held responsible for the banks internal procedures.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. Every employer shall keep a record of all employees showing the following particulars—
11.1 name in full and I.D. particulars;
11.2 occupation and grade;
11.3 number of daily hours worked;
11.4 rate of wage or salary;
11.5 amount due for ordinary time worked;
11.6 hours of overtime worked;
11.7 amount due for overtime;
11.8 gross total of ordinary and overtime wage or salary;
11.9 deductions (specify);
11.10 net wage or salary due;
11.11 signature of employee for receipt of wage or salary where it is paid in cash.
TIME AND WAGE RECORDS. The Company will keep time and wages records for all employees in accordance with section 535 of the Act.
