Seasonal Camper definition

Seasonal Camper means any Person the reservation information states the site is registered to on a seasonal basis.
Seasonal Camper is defined as a family of a husband, wife, or 2 adult partners and tax dependent children under the age of 18, biological children who live with one and other are generally included. Unmarried children 18-20 will be included if living at home and attending college or trade school full-time. At age 21 or married, they are no longer included and need to pay the daily admission or pick up a season camp pass. Elderly parents cared for by the Seasonal Camper and living in the same household may be included.

Park Models must be 5 years old or newer with black water tanks and valves, unless on a sewered site. The Campground reserves the right to not accept any RV Unit if we feel it is not within the overall aesthetics of the Campground. ∙ The Seasonal Site is not to be a permanent residence. Exceptions may be made for construction

  • If a sewage blockage is found to have originated from your site and it is determined that the blockage was caused by debris other than sewage, all costs incurred by the Property to alleviate the blockage and pumping will be charged to and is the responsibility of the Seasonal Camper.

If the refrigerator is broken, take it out of the Campground immediately as it is NOT to be left at your site. Because of power outages and plugs that have been accidently unplugged, we suggest minimum amount of perishables be left the refrigerator.  Seasonal Camper shall not use the campsite for any illegal activity or activity which would injure the reputation of the Campground, Owner of the Campground or any other Seasonal Camper.  Children 17 and under are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
