Seasonal decorations definition

Seasonal decorations means temporary decorations for holidays that do not fall under the definition of a sign and that are installed no sooner than 30 days before a holiday and removed no later than five days after the holiday. Decorations that fall under the definition of a sign must conform to all provisions of the sign code.
Seasonal decorations means strings of holiday lights, uplighting or internally lit inflatable or plastic decorations, or other lighting of holiday or seasonal decorations.
Seasonal decorations means every type of decoration displayed on a seasonal basis.

Seasonal decorations means every type of decoration displayed during and around a federally recognized holiday or on a seasonal basis, whether illuminated or not, and whether attached to utility poles, buildings or any other structure.
Seasonal decorations include natural or artificial evergreens, ornaments, lanterns, artificial candles, figurines and the like, which may be illuminated or otherwise electrified, along with all the equipment required to accommodate the installation of said items. Seasonal Decorations do not include any form of wireline or wireless communications device, signs, commercial advertising or messages, political advertising or messages, pole-to-pole banners or fixtures, street-crossing banners or fixtures, open flames of any type, or any other fixture of whatever type, size or character that Georgia Power, in its sole discretion, shall prohibit or refuse to allow to be placed on its Poles. All Seasonal Decorations must comply with Georgia Power’s specifications.

Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.
