Secondary Services definition

Secondary Services means all works to be installed, constructed, or erected which are not Primary Services or private utilities, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall include: top course roadway asphalt, paved driveway aprons, sidewalks, fencing, and sodding/hydroseeding, landscaping, and tree plantings of boulevards and hydroseeding, landscaping and tree plantings of park blocks and stormwater management blocks.
Secondary Services means all works to be installed, constructed, or erected which are not Primary Services or private utilities and/or such other works as detailed in Schedule "E" (Financial Obligations) attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
Secondary Services means all Works to be installed, constructed or erected which are not defined as Primary Services or Public Utilities. Included as a Secondary Service is the cleaning of any storm water management pond and/or stormceptor. All Storm Ponds shall be cleaned out and silt removed to the original approved design elevations prior to the assumption by the Town.

  • For Secondary Services wholly owned and maintained by the Customer, the Demarcation Point is the secondary connection at the transformer or the service bus.

  • Once started, the Owner shall proceed with construction expeditiously until the Secondary Services are completed.

More Definitions of Secondary Services

Secondary Services means all services in respect of the Goods which are not Primary Warehousing Services, including any Transport, distribution, picking, hand- stacking, sorting, labelling, wrapping, certification or documentation services, all invoicing for Services and/or other value-added or non-core services and any other services that Lineage TRS (or any other Company other than Emergent Cold) actually provides to the Customer in respect of the Goods;
