Secondary Shipper definition

Secondary Shipper means a shipper that holds Contracted Capacity pursuant to an Exchange Trade, Bilateral Trade or through the Capacity Auction.
Secondary Shipper means a counterparty to whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ intends to sublet a part or all of the Committed Capacity in the form of transfer-of-right-of-use (“Subletting”).
Secondary Shipper has the same meaning that 'secondary shipper' has under the National Gas Rules.
