Seller and Seller Engaged Personnel are not employees of Buyer and are not entitled to any Buyer employee benefits or privileges.
Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless Buyer against all Damages arising out of any alleged failure to comply with labor and employment laws applicable to any Seller Engaged Personnel.
Seller represents and warrants it will assign Seller Engaged Personnel without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, status as a covered veteran, or any other legally protected characteristic.

Buyer may be required to obtain information concerning nationality or export status of Seller Engaged Personnel.
