Service Assets definition

Service Assets is defined in the Master Site Services Agreement as it relates to the Relevant Asset Owner and the Related Refinery Owner.
Service Assets means the systems and facilities located at the Refinery Complex that are used in or necessary for the provision of the Service Items by the Related Refinery Owner to the Relevant Asset Owner pursuant to this Agreement. The Service Assets shall include any Connection Facilities.
Service Assets. The term "Service Assets" herein is defined in Section 2.01 hereof.

Examples of Service Assets in a sentence

  • The Relevant Asset Owner and the Related Refinery Owner shall reasonably cooperate with one another with respect to the installation, operation and maintenance of the Connection Facilities so as to minimize any disruption to the operation of the Refinery Complex, the Relevant Assets and the Service Assets.

  • Where necessary, the Relevant Asset Owner shall install or cause to be installed, at the expense of the Relevant Asset Owner or, if mutually agreed, the Related Refinery Owner, one or more Connection Facilities, which shall be of a quality and type reasonably necessary to establish appropriate interconnections between the Relevant Assets and the Service Assets.

  • Contract Service Assets shall be determined in accordance with subsection J.8.a.2.i. above and shall include all assets attributable to DOE- funded employer contributions (including investment earnings thereon) and the employee accumulations (including investment earnings thereon) determined at current market value until the date of payment or transfer.

  • The City and/or Township(s) in which Retail Service Assets are located shall assume all debt directly related to that Retail Service Asset.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement the Wholesale Service Assets shall become shared assets of the City and the Townships which shall not be separated or divided but used for the benefit of all Customers unless the City and the Townships agree otherwise by separate agreement.

Service Assets herein is defined in Section 2.01 hereof.
Service Assets means those Transnetyx assets, including but not limited to the System, that are used to perform the Services.

Service Assets means the property, rights and liabilities of LNER used in the provision of the Services except as referred to in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 14.4 (Service Assets).;
Service Assets. Service Assets" means, with respect to any Transferor, all Assets, if any, used solely in the conduct of the appliance sales business, parts and fittings sales business and service labor business (collectively, the "Service Business") of such Transferor in the States of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Missouri, New York or Tennessee in relation to its propane business in such States, including: (a) copies of all books, records, papers and instruments of such Transferor of whatever nature and wherever located that relate to the Service Business, including accounting and financial records and other documentation related to the Service Business; (b) all inventory relating to the Service Business, including appliances and parts and fittings; (c) all purchase orders, agreements with customers and other contracts, agreements, arrangements and understandings of any kind relating to the Service Business; and (d) every right to purchase, sell or distribute any appliances, parts or fittings or to provide service relating to the Service Businesses.
Service Assets means those assets that are used for or relate to the provision of the Services, including Hynix’s network related equipment described in Section 3.2.
