Service Catalogue definition

Service Catalogue shall contain all or any of services/facilities viz., back up facility, dedicated firewall facility, hardware monitoring facility, help desk support, load balance server, network and power uptime, OS management, shared firewall service and Version Control described in Annexure A to this SLA which may be availed by the Customer.
Service Catalogue means the Service Packages offered to the Contracting Bodies by the Framework Suppliers;
Service Catalogue means a document that describes the specifications of the Services or part of the Services provided by Supplier on request or available on the Supplier or Third Party website.

Examples of Service Catalogue in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall be able to provide service features, relating to the Voice Connectivity Services, as listed in the Supplier’s entries in the Service Catalogue and described in the Supplier’s Service Description.

  • The Supplier may not amend or remove from the Service Catalogue the Service Package submitted as part of its Tender at any time during the Term of the Framework Agreement.

  • The Supplier shall provide a range of Inbound Voice Service options, including as a minimum (but not necessarily limited to): 03xx number services 05xx number services 08xx number services 09xx number services The Supplier shall be able to provide a range of service features related to inbound voice calls as listed in the Supplier’s entries in the Service Catalogue and described in the Supplier’s Service Description.

  • Only packages of Services that can be described using the Service Package Template are eligible for inclusion in the Service Catalogue.

  • The Service Catalogue will comprise all of the Service Packages from all of the Suppliers.


More Definitions of Service Catalogue

Service Catalogue means those standardised and productised Service items (including scope and pricing) as detailed in the relevant ‘flyer’ as published by Mach from time to time, for example (but not limited to):
Service Catalogue means the list of Standard Change and Information Request services that the Supplier publishes to the Customer; Service Contract: means a contract made between the parties to this MSA as more particularly described in Clause 2.1;
Service Catalogue means the service catalogue specified in clause 9 and annexed to Schedule 1 of this Head Agreement;
Service Catalogue a single document which has the sole purpose of "Service Charges" period payments made in accordance with schedule 7.1 (Charges and Invoicing) in respect of the supply of the Operational Services;
