Service Catalogue definition

Service Catalogue shall contain all or any of services/facilities viz., back up facility, dedicated firewall facility, hardware monitoring facility, help desk support, load balance server, network and power uptime, OS management, shared firewall service and Version Control described in Annexure A to this SLA which may be availed by the Customer.
Service Catalogue means the Service Packages offered to the Contracting Bodies by the Framework Suppliers;
Service Catalogue means a document that describes the specifications of the Services or part of the Services provided by Supplier on request or available on the Supplier or Third Party website.

Examples of Service Catalogue in a sentence

  • The Framework Agreement, including the Service Catalogue, shall remain effective and unaltered except as amended by the changes expressly set out above.

  • Only packages of Services that can be described using the Service Package Template are eligible for inclusion in the Service Catalogue.

  • Subject to FW-26-4, the Supplier may propose: a new Service Package to be added to the Service Catalogue; an amendment to an existing Service Package in the Service Catalogue; or the removal of one of its Service Packages from the Services Catalogue.

  • Any change proposed by the Supplier under Clause FW26-3 must be made by the completion of a Service Catalogue Variation Form by it and the submission of such Service Catalogue Variation Form to the Authority.


More Definitions of Service Catalogue

Service Catalogue means those standardised and productised Service items (including scope and pricing) as detailed in the relevant ‘flyer’ as published by Mach from time to time, for example (but not limited to):
Service Catalogue means the service catalogue specified in clause 9 and annexed to Schedule 1 of this Head Agreement;
