Service Level Reports means the performance reports of various Service level parameters, generated by Liquid Telecom from its performance measurement system
Service Level Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(b).
Service Level Reports. Means service level reports as set out in a separate document required from both PARTIES which are regarded as a management tool and framework on which to base, evaluate and assess the performance criteria in each of the functional areas of the social grants payment service as specified in the contract as per Clause 33.

  • Service Provider will provide monthly Service Level Reports, which will include performance and availability statistics.

Related to Service Level Reports

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;
