Settlement Class Member Payment definition

Settlement Class Member Payment means the cash distribution that will be made from the Net Settlement Fund to each Settlement Class Member, pursuant to the allocation terms of the Settlement.

Settlement Class Member Payment means the cash distribution provided in Paragraph 148 that will be made by GEICO and/or the Settlement Administrator to each Settlement Class Member who submits a valid and timely claim that is approved by the Settlement Administrator.

Settlement Class Member Payment means the monetary compensation that the Defendants shall pay eligible Settlement Class Members who submit a Valid Claim, on the conditions set forth in Sections 5-6. The Settlement Class Member Payment includes the Owner/Lessee Payment, Post-Announcement Owner/Lessee Payment, Former Owner/Lessee Payment and the contingency payments described in Sections 5.9, 5.10, 5.11, 5.12, 5.15 and 5.16.

Examples of Settlement Class Member Payment in a sentence

• Within one year after the date the Settlement Administrator mails the first Settlement Class Member Payment, any remaining amounts resulting from uncashed checks shall be distributed to an appropriate cy pres recipient agreed to by the Parties and approved by the Court.

• The Parties agree the foregoing allocation formula is exclusively for purposes of computing, in a reasonable and efficient fashion, the amount of any Settlement Class Member Payment each Settlement Class Member should receive from the Net Settlement Fund.

• If by the deadline for Defendant to apply credits of Settlement Class Member Payments to accounts Defendant is unable to complete certain credit(s), Defendant shall deliver the total amount of such unsuccessful Settlement Class Member Payment credits to the Settlement Administrator to be paid by check in accordance with subsection 2 below.

• The Parties agree the allocation formula below is exclusively for purposes of computing, in a reasonable and efficient fashion, the amount of any Settlement Class Member Payment each Settlement Class Member should receive from the Net Settlement Fund.

• After 240 calendar days from the Effective Date, any excess funds remaining from the Settlement Amount that have not been distributed in accordance with other provisions of this Settlement Agreement shall, if economically feasible, be distributed to the Settlement Class Members who successfully cashed checks or received their Settlement Class Member Payment as a credit.

More Definitions of Settlement Class Member Payment

Settlement Class Member Payment means a check sent by the Administrator to a Settlement Class Member as part or all of the Settlement Class Member’s Settlement Benefit.

Settlement Class Member Payment means the equal distribution that will be made from the Net Settlement Amount to each Settlement Class Member as described in Paragraph 36.

Settlement Class Member Payment means the portion of the “Net Distributable Settlement Fund” shown on Schedule A to be paid to the respective Settlement Class Members under the Settlement.
