Severance Continuation Period definition

Severance Continuation Period means the 24-month period following the Termination Date.
Severance Continuation Period means, unless otherwise provided in the Employee’s effective employment agreement with the Company as of the Date of Termination, a period of a number of months following the Date of Termination for each Employee during which certain Severance Payments and Benefits will be provided pursuant to this Policy, as set forth in Annex I hereto.
Severance Continuation Period means (i) the 24-month period following the Participant’s Termination Date, if he or she is the CEO as of such Termination Date, and (ii) the 12-month period following the Participant’s Termination Date, if he or she is not the CEO as of such Termination Date.

  • The Company’s obligations to provide any such coverage benefits as may be applicable during the Severance Continuation Period shall immediately cease in the event you become eligible for similar alternative coverage from a new employer as may be applicable and you must notify the Company within one (1) week of becoming eligible for such alternative coverage.

  • If Executive’s employment is terminated by KRATON other than for Cause following KRATON’s election not to extend the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to receive (1) at the times set forth in Section 7(a)(iii) hereof, the Accrued Obligations and (2) continuation of Executive’s annual Base Salary during the Severance Continuation Period at the same time and in the same manner as if Executive had remained employed by KRATON during such period.

  • Kraton may provide such medical benefits by paying Executive’s COBRA continuation coverage through such Severance Continuation Period.

  • In addition, the Affected Employee’s service under the Transocean International Retirement Plan will be increased by the length of the Severance Continuation Period; provided, however, that such service credit will be limited to the period between the Affected Employee’s Termination Date and Retirement Date.


More Definitions of Severance Continuation Period

Severance Continuation Period means the total number of weeks over which Salary Continuation is payable, and is also used to determine the period of Benefits Continuation. . The Severance Continuation Period will begin: (a) for Salary Continuation, the day following the Eligible Termination; and (b) for Benefits Continuation, the first day of the month following the month in which the Eligible Termination occurs, in both cases subject to the Eligible Employee’s timely execution and return of the release and agreement required by the Plan Administrator.

  • Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.

  • Change in Control Benefits means the following benefits:

  • Qualifying Termination means a termination of Executive’s employment (i) by the Company other than for Cause or (ii) by Executive for Good Reason. Termination of Executive’s employment on account of death, Disability or Retirement shall not be treated as a Qualifying Termination.

The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Covered Termination means the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, and shall not include a termination due to Executive’s death or disability.

  • Severance Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.

  • Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Severance Pay means any amount that is payable in cash and is identified by a Participating Company as severance pay, or any amount which is payable on account of periods beginning after the last date on which an employee (or former employee) is required to report for work for a Participating Company.

  • Termination Benefits means the benefits described in Section 4.1(b).

  • Change in Control Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.4.

  • Severance Compensation means the compensation set forth in (i), (ii), and (iv) above.
