SFD Data definition

SFD Data. SFD Technology" and "Stress Field Detector" shall have the meanings ascribed to them in paragraph 1 of the Restated Technology Agreement;
SFD Data means primary signal data derived from the use of the ---------- SFD Technology;
SFD Data means the electronic signals and associated impulses collected by the Operating SFD Detectors during the course of an SFD Survey.

  • In consideration of this grant of the licence with respect to the American SFD Data, the Grantee shall pay to the Grantor a fee (the "Licence Fee") equal to 50% of the "Gross Revenues" (as such term is defined below) actually received by the Grantee and/or its Subsidiaries with respect to the commercial exploitation of the Hydrocarbons identified in each American Prospect.

  • The Executive hereby grants to the Corporation, and the Corporation hereby accepts from the Executive, an exclusive, world-wide license to use, develop, copy and modify the Operating SFD Detectors, and, to the extent reasonably necessary, the SFD Theories associated therewith, but only to the extent reasonably necessary for the Corporation to conduct SFD Surveys for the collection of SFD Data for use in the exploration of hydrocarbon resources.

  • The parties acknowledge that the SFD Data Fee is separate from any salary, compensation or other benefits payable by Momentum to Liszicasz and/or Xxxxxxx attributable to their capacities as officers, directors, employees or stockholders of Pinnacle International and/or of any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Momentum shall, at its sole cost and expense, be responsible for the -------- prosecution and/or defense of any action in the nature of unfair competition, patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other proprietary right infringement relating to the Stress Field Detector, the SFD Technology and/or the SFD Data.

  • Pinnacle International agrees that it will not apply for nor seek to obtain patent, trademark, copyright or any other property rights in or with respect to the Stress Field Detector, the SFD Technology and/or the SFD Data without the prior written consent of Momentum, which consent it may withhold in its sole discretion.

  • Neither Pinnacle International nor any of its ------- Subsidiaries will harm, misuse or bring into dispute the Stress Field Detector, the SFD Technology and/or the SFD Data or their reputation.

  • Liszicasz will be free thereafter to acquire a leasehold or other interest in the abandoned Prospect or to sell or otherwise deal with such SFD Data and Secondary Data.

  • Pinnacle International further agrees that it shall not prosecute any action against third parties in the nature of unfair competition, patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other proprietary right infringement relating to the Stress Field Detector, the SFD Technology and/or the SFD Data without the prior written consent of Momentum, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

More Definitions of SFD Data

SFD Data means all information generated by the Stress Field Detector and the SFD Technology which, when interpreted, can be used to identify deposits of Hydrocarbons.
SFD Data means information which Liszicasz gives to the Company under this Agreement.
SFD Data means the electronic signals and associated impulses collected by the Stress Filed Detectors during the course of an SFD Survey.

Related to SFD Data

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
