Shareholder Servicing. All expenses of maintaining and servicing shareholder accounts, including but not limited to the charges of any shareholder servicing agent, dividend disbursing agent, transfer agent or other agent engaged by the Trust to service shareholder accounts.

Shareholder Servicing. Subject to the supervision and direction of the Board of Trustees, the Administrator will (a) provide customer service to all shareholder accounts, including responding to all telephone inquiries and written correspondence; and (b) maintain records of all broker-dealers holding shareholder accounts in the Funds; and (c) assist broker-dealers in servicing shareholder accounts, including processing broker wire orders for purchases of shares of the Funds.
Shareholder Servicing. If you and Xxxxx Xxxxxx agree, on an ongoing basis Xxxxx Xxxxxx will provide shareholder servicing to its customers who maintain investments in Shares. In so doing, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and its employees and representatives may provide the following services, among others: answer customer inquiries regarding the Funds and customer investments therein; assist customers in changing dividend options; answer questions about special investment and withdrawal plans, and assist customers in enrolling in such plans; distribute reports and materials relating to the Funds to customers; assist in the establishment and maintenance of accurate customer accounts and records, including assisting in processing changes in addresses and other customer information; and assist in processing purchase, exchange and redemption orders.
Shareholder Servicing. Xxxxxxxxx shall provide shareholder servicing to the Fund, the Portfolio, or its shareholders, including, but not limited to: (i) processing share purchase and redemption requests transmitted or delivered to the office of Xxxxxxxxx; (ii) proxy solicitations and providing information to shareholders concerning their mutual fund investments, systematic withdrawal plans, dividend payments and reinvestments, shareholder account or transaction status, net asset value of shares, Portfolio performance, Fund services, plans and options, investment policies, Portfolio holdings and distributions and the taxation thereof; and (iii) dealing with shareholder complaints and correspondence directed to or brought to the attention of Xxxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx may enter into agreements with other organizations whereby some or all of Xxxxxxxxx'x duties in this regard may be delegated, and such organizations will be compensated therefor by Xxxxxxxxx.
Shareholder Servicing i. Adhere to strict privacy guidelines in verification of shareholder identification prior to providing any information or handling request(s).
ii. Obtain Company approval for operational exceptions in accordance with transaction processing SLAs iii. Communicate all supervisory escalations same day to Company

d. Notify GEAM via email of all VIP calls, including subject matter
e. Relay shareholder expedite requests to appropriate areas and ensure handled within shareholder requirement
f. Reply appropriately to all XXXX.xxx emails within 3 days
g. Report all Large Trades to designated Email distribution list prior to execution
h. Email daily account balance data to certain Institutional clients, as required, before 9:00am
i. Communication payroll change requests to GE Payroll Department
j. Make no recommendations, including Legal or Tax advice
k. Ensure timely communication with GEAM of all shareholder cases deemed Not In Good Order for a second time
