Timely Communication. Participating Contractors shall ensure prompt and accurate reporting of all audit and project completions to Program participants and the Program. Participating Contractors shall respond to inquiries from Program participants, Program staff, and Program implementation contractors in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
