Snap Marks definition

Snap Marks means any trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos delivered by Snap to the Company expressly for inclusion on a Company Site.
Snap Marks means the Exclusive Marks and Non-Exclusive Marks as defined in the Trademark License Agreement.
Snap Marks means all registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks owned and/or used by Snap consisting of or incorporating the term SNAP, either standing alone or in combination with other words and/or design elements, including but not limited to SNAPCHAT, SNAP INTERACTIVE, SNAP, SNAP MOBILE, SNAP CHANNEL, and SNAP CODE.

  • Documents concerning or generated by or from any Third Parties that Opposer has engaged to assist in the offering or Advertising of goods and/or services under the SNAP Marks, including but not limited to public relations and advertising agencies, application and website developers, and printers.

More Definitions of Snap Marks

Snap Marks means those Trademarks of Snap set forth on Exhibit B hereto and such other Trademarks as Snap may from time to time notify Sponsor to be "Snap Marks" within the meaning of this Agreement.

EXHIBIT C SPECIFICATIONS OF CONTENT AND CO-BRANDED PAGES SNAP CONTENT The following content shall be developed by Snap (with input from Sponsor) and provided to Sponsor for inclusion on the Sponsor Web Site: - Travel related content on the "Going to School" section of the Snap site for students seeking to enter college, graduate school, professional schools or ESL programs. This content shall include but not be limited to informational articles on how to pack for travel, frequent flyer programs, and travel tips, etc. Content ideas or articles may be provided by Sponsor or by Snap. Snap will edit or write these articles as necessary to fit the overall tone of the site. - As other areas of the Snap site are developed that may pertain to travel, Sponsor and Snap will look to develop travel related content in a similar fashion as above. - Snap agrees to include Sponsor specials and e-fare related information in Snap's monthly newsletter to Snap's registered users. The input will be provided by Sponsor but may be adjusted by Snap to fit the overall tone of the newsletter. The Sponsor's input to the newsletter may include buttons or links back to the Sponsor's booking engine or its E-Fares-Registered Trademark- so that users may, for example, actually book tickets or sign-up for weekly E-Fare-Registered Trademark- notifications.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Trademarks means any trademark and servicemark rights, whether registered or not, applications to register and registrations of the same and like protections, and the entire goodwill of the business of Borrower connected with and symbolized by such trademarks.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Retained Names and Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

  • Trade Dress means the print, style, font, color, graphics, labels, packaging and other elements of trade dress (including Bottle Designs or other Container designs) that are (a) used on or in connection with Products as of the date hereof (including the Bottle Designs as of the date hereof for Corona, Negra Modelo and Modelo Especial), or (b) permitted pursuant to this Agreement after the date hereof to be used in connection with the marketing, merchandising, promotion, advertisement, licensing, distribution and sale of Products in the Territory.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Transferred Trademarks means all registered and common law Trademarks of Seller in any jurisdiction in the world, including the Product names and the Trademarks listed on Schedule 1.1(eeee).

  • Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
