Software Fix definition

Software Fix means the correction of an error or bug of the software available to Customer under this Schedule which are provided as an included feature of the service under this Agreement.
Software Fix. (also referred to as a patch or update) means either a software modification or addition that, when made or added to WaveMaker Software, corrects the Software Error, or a procedure or routine that, when observed in the regular operation of Software, eliminates the practical adverse effect of the Software Error on Company. A Software Fix may be designated as “Critical” or “Non-critical” at WaveMaker’s sole discretion. “Support Period” shall mean the period of time during which Company subscribes for and WaveMaker provides Support Services under this Support Policy. “WaveMaker Software” or “Software” includes products for which the Company purchased support.
Software Fix means a modification or addition to the Software source code that corrects an Error.

More Definitions of Software Fix

Software Fix means a temporary software patch designed to mitigate the impact of an Error, without changing the basic functions of the Software, notwithstanding that the Error still exists.
Software Fix means a modification to the Licensed Products to conform the operation of the Licensed Products to its mutually defined specifications per Schedule A or to correct any actual problem that is recognized by NetSolve and NEC as a problem required to be corrected for the Licensed Products, to perform at an appropriate level in NetSolve's and to the same level in NEC's business. On or before February 16, 2001, the parties will mutually agree on specified stability and performance expectations of the Licensed Products. Any failure of the Licensed Products to satisfy such specified expectations will require a Software Fix.

Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae, and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
