Software Modification. VODOBOX may, at its sole discretion, modify the Software at any time and without notice to you.
Software Modification. During this phase, the Software modifications mutually agreed to will be programmed, tested, installed, and all documentation created.
Software Modification. Seeq may modify the Software from time to time, but such modification will not materially reduce the functionality of the Software. Seeq may contract with third parties to support the Software, so long as they are subject to obligations of confidentiality to Seeq at least as strict as Seeq’s to Customer. Seeq shall remain responsible for the performance of its contractors.
Software Modification. Licensee shall have the right, in its own discretion, to independently modify the Software for its only purpose and use. Licensee shall be the owner of such modification.
Software Modification. 8.1 Redstor will not be responsible to Licensee for loss of use of the Software or data or for any other liabilities arising from alterations, additions, adjustments or repairs which are made to the Software by other than Authorised Partners of Redstor, or at the discretion of Redstor. Redstor reserves the right to terminate this License immediately upon written notice to Licensee if any such alteration, addition, adjustment or repair adversely affects Redstor ability to render maintenance Service to the Software.
Software Modification. Customer shall not modify, or permit a third party to modify, Covered Software, except as provided in the Vendor Dissolution and Cessation of Support provisions of the Software License Agreement, without the written consent of Vendor.

IOTA may contract with third parties to support the Software, so long as they are subject to obligations of confidentiality to IOTA at least as strict as IOTA’s to Customer. IOTA shall remain responsible for the performance of its contractors.
Software Modification. Drawboard reserves its right to modify, update or discontinue the Software (including any part or feature thereof) or its Fees at any time and at its sole discretion, without liability to the Customer or anyone else.
Software Modification. The warranty for the SOFTWARE shall not be rendered void or otherwise affected by any modifications, enhancements, migrations, alterations or attachments ("Modifications") to the SOFTWARE (i) performed by CONSULTANT'S personnel or under the CONSULTANT'S direction, or (ii) performed by the CUSTOMER following disclosure in writing of such proposed modification to CONSULTANT, and approval by the CONSULTANT, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld as long as Modifications are made in the CUSTOMER libraries as directed by CONSULTANT. Additionally, no warranty which applies to the modules of the SOFTWARE shall be rendered void or otherwise affected by any additional computer code added to the SOFTWARE that does not change the operation of the SOFTWARE, but merely calls information; provided that the CONSULTANT shall have no responsibility for the consequence of modifications by the CUSTOMER to the SOFTWARE that are not subsequently approved by the CONSULTANT. With respect to modifications not performed nor approved by the CONSULTANT ("Unauthorized Modifications"), no warranty shall apply. Any warranty work performed by the CONSULTANT that is ultimately determined to be the result of Unauthorized Modifications, or resulting from authorized modifications which caused unintentional results, shall be at the CUSTOMER'S cost and expense.
Software Modification. Except as permitted by law, Provider shall not, nor shall it permit any other party to, modify, disassemble, decompile, translate, adapt or reverse engineer the Customer Software or any part thereof, or undertake any other efforts to create, discover or disclose the Customer Software’s source code or methods or concepts embedded therein. Provider shall not publish, display, disclose, rent, lease, modify, loan or distribute the Customer Software, or create derivative works (including but not limited to translating any part of the Customer Software into any other file format or language) based on the Customer Software, or any part thereof. No identifying marks, copyright or proprietary right notices may be deleted from any copies of the Customer Software made by or for Provider.
