Software License Schedule definition

Software License Schedule means the relevant schedule specifying the terms and conditions of the license applying to specific Software products ordered by End User as specified in the relevant Order Form.

  • Software licensing agreement means any agreement, regardless of how designated, that defines the intellectual property rights for, or the rights to use, any software product. A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
