Other Services Fees. If Gatherer provides any compression, dehydration or treating Services with respect to Customer Gas delivered hereunder, the fees applicable to such Services shall be as mutually agreed between the Parties. The Parties agree to supplement this Agreement with an addendum or other mutually agreeable modification to memorialize the terms applicable to the provision of any such additional Services.
Other Services Fees. The Service Provider and the Company shall agree from time to time on the amount and timing of fees to be paid in respect of Other Services.

Upon County's election, the County's Relationship Manager shall deliver to the Vendor's Relationship Manager Type 1 or Type 2 Other Services Work Order for a proposal to implement such Other Services, specifying the proposed change(s) with sufficient detail to enable Vendor to make an initial evaluation. The proposal shall constitute Vendor's firm offer, irrevocable for ninety (90) Business Days (or such longer period as required by such proposal, the "Response Period"), to perform such services as described in such proposal upon the terms and conditions set forth therein. Prior to the expiration of the Response Period, the County's Relationship Manager, shall notify Vendor in writing, in a form agreed to by the Parties, if the County elects to accept Vendor's proposal and proceed with implementation of the Other Services Work Order upon the terms and conditions set forth therein (any such notice, a "Notice to Proceed"). If, within the Response Period, the County gives notice to Vendor not to proceed, or fails to give any notice to Vendor, then Vendor's proposal shall be deemed rejected and the Other Services Work Order shall be deemed withdrawn, and Vendor shall take no further action with respect to either. Upon completion of the investigation, Long Island Private Investigator LLC will provide client with a written report and any evidence gathered; photos, video etc., which may be obtained during the investigation. Information will be compiled as a result of the investigation. However, Long Island Private Investigator LLC assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may occur.
Other Services Fees. First State Trust Company (“FSTC”) reserves the right to refer any or all escrow documents for legal review before execution. Other Services Fees.
