Special Personal Data definition

Special Personal Data means Personal Data, related to natural person’s racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, and philosophical or other beliefs, membership in trade unions, health, sexual life, as well as information about person’s previous conviction.
Special Personal Data means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

Special Personal Data means the special categories of Personal Data as set out at Article 9(1) of the Regulation;
