Specific Terms The terms and conditions as set out in clause 34 onwards which apply in respect of the specific Equipment hired by the Customer.
Specific Plan means the Sunset Specific Plan.
Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;
Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.
product type means any of the following:
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
Specific local tax means a tax levied under 1974 PA 198, MCL 207.551 to 207.572, the commercial redevelopment act, 1978 PA 255, MCL 207.651 to 207.668, the technology park development act, 1984 PA 385, MCL 207.701 to 207.718, and 1953 PA 189, MCL 211.181 to 211.182. The initial assessed value or current assessed value of property subject to a specific local tax shall be the quotient of the specific local tax paid divided by the ad valorem millage rate. However, after 1993, the state tax commission shall prescribe the method for calculating the initial assessed value and current assessed value of property for which a specific local tax was paid in lieu of a property tax.
Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.
Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.
License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.
Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
Alternative nicotine product means any noncombustible product containing nicotine that is intended for human consumption, whether chewed, absorbed, dissolved, or ingested by any other means. "Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product, tobacco product, or product regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21
Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;
Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.
Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;
Product name means the name of the commercial feed which identifies it as to kind, class, or specific use.
