Specified Officer definition

Specified Officer of either Borrower means any of the chief executive officer, the president, the chief operating officer, the chief financial officer, the treasurer or any assistant treasurer of such Borrower.
Specified Officer means the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the General Counsel of Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx International, and any other executive officer identified as such in Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx International’s annual report on Form 10-K filed pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
Specified Officer means the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer or general counsel of a Loan Party.
