Standard Lead Time definition

Standard Lead Time means the lead time mutually agreed upon by the parties and set forth in each Purchase Order.
Standard Lead Time means Nortel's most recent publicly announced estimated interval between acceptance of an order for a particular Product by Nortel and the expected date of shipment of that order to Distributor.
Standard Lead Time means the number of days between the effective date of the Purchase Order and the specified delivery date for Goods or Services.
