Standard Lead Time definition

Standard Lead Time means the lead time mutually agreed upon by the parties and set forth in each Purchase Order.
Standard Lead Time means the number of days between the effective date of the Purchase Order and the specified delivery date for Goods or Services.
Standard Lead Time means Nortel's most recent publicly announced estimated interval between acceptance of an order for a particular Product by Nortel and the expected date of shipment of that order to Distributor.

  • Any such order acknowledgement accepting an Order will set forth Mellanox delivery dates, consistent with the Standard Lead Time and per Section 2.2 Acceptance of an Order by Mellanox to Purchaser means that the terms of the Order have been agreed and Mellanox accepts the Order and the terms of such Order, though only to the extent consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
