Standard Lead Time definition

Standard Lead Time means the lead time mutually agreed upon by the parties and set forth in each Purchase Order.
Standard Lead Time means the period of time agreed upon in the relevant Virtual Systems House Agreement which shall be between the date that Flextronics receives a Purchase Order or Online System Order from Nortel Networks and the date such Order is delivered to Nortel Networks.
Standard Lead Time means Nortel's most recent publicly announced estimated interval between acceptance of an order for a particular Product by Nortel and the expected date of shipment of that order to Distributor.

  • In the event Supplier fails to meet the Standard Lead Time commitment set forth on Schedule 1, Snap-on shall have the right, at its sole option, to terminate the applicable PO and/or any other outstanding POs, without Snap-on paying any penalty or owing any other liability to Supplier.
