Stated Purpose definition

Stated Purpose means the personal Access and use of EToD by a properly authorized User for Customer’s internal use solely to evaluate EToD for a potential paid subscription license.
Stated Purpose means the purpose in respect of which the Organisation requests certification of the fitness of the Subject Matter and which is specified in the Application to which these Terms and Conditions are attached;
Stated Purpose for Software shall mean the individual use of the Software by a properly licensed User, and Stated Purpose for EToD shall mean the personal Access and use of EToD by a properly licensed User solely for learning the course material taught in the EToD.

Examples of Stated Purpose in a sentence

  • A Party may only disclose Confidential Information to its employees in connection with the Stated Purpose and on a need-to-know basis.

  • Upon completion of the Stated Purpose or termination of the Stated Purpose, at the written request of the Disclosing Party, Recipient shall promptly deliver to the Disclosing Party all Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, in whatever medium, including any and all copies thereof, and shall cause all summaries or synopses thereof to be either delivered to the Disclosing Party or destroyed and shall certify to such destruction.

  • This Agreement requires none of the Parties to proceed with any proposed transaction or relationship beyond the Stated Purpose.

  • Except as set forth in this agreement, neither party shall have any liability or obligation of any nature whatsoever to the other party including, but not limited to, an obligation to enter into an agreement that extends beyond the Stated Purpose.

  • Recipient does not/shall not acquire any intellectual property rights under this Agreement, or in connection with the Stated Purpose, except the limited right to use the Confidential Information to carry out the Stated Purpose as described in section 2 above.


More Definitions of Stated Purpose

Stated Purpose means the stated purpose described in Section 2 of this Modified Agreement and shall be the “stated purpose” and the “purpose of the agreement” referenced in Emergency Rule 11-157(E) and IC 4-33-23.
Stated Purpose means (i) for the Evaluation Term the individual use of the Software and Premium Features by a properly licensed User to evaluate the Software and Premium Features for potential license purchase hereunder and (ii) for a Subscript ion Term the individual use of the Software and Premium Features by a properly licensed User for its normal and intended use.
Stated Purpose for Deployment Server shall mean the individual use of the Deployment Server by a properly authorized User for Customer’s internal use solely to evaluate Deployment Server for a potential paid subscription license.

Stated Purpose means the publication of Eligible Manuals for the NIE and NPPF examinations; Syllabus means the syllabus for (a) the National Investigators’ Examination, or (b) the National Police Promotions Framework Step Two Legal Examinations; Term means the term of this Agreement, as set out in Section 1 : 3 (Form of Agreement).
Stated Purpose means measuring and forecasting neighborhood changes, assessing neighborhood needs, and measuring/assessing the various HUD programs in which Users are involved (HOME, CDBG, ADDI, and SHOP).
Stated Purpose means the evaluation of the Software by Customer to determine its suitability to satisfy Customer’s needs and for potential paid subscription license.
