Stated Purpose definition

Stated Purpose for Software shall mean the individual use of the Software by a properly licensed User, and Stated Purpose for EToD shall mean the personal Access and use of EToD by a properly licensed User solely for learning the course material taught in the EToD.
Stated Purpose means the personal Access and use of EToD by a properly authorized User for Customer’s internal use solely to evaluate EToD for a potential paid subscription license.
Stated Purpose means the purpose in respect of which the Organisation requests certification of the fitness of the Subject Matter and which is specified in the Application to which these Terms and Conditions are attached;

Examples of Stated Purpose in a sentence

  • This Agreement requires none of the Parties to proceed with any proposed transaction or relationship beyond the Stated Purpose.

  • Recipient does not/shall not acquire any intellectual property rights under this Agreement, or in connection with the Stated Purpose, except the limited right to use the Confidential Information to carry out the Stated Purpose as described in section 2 above.

  • Except as set forth in this agreement, neither party shall have any liability or obligation of any nature whatsoever to the other party including, but not limited to, an obligation to enter into an agreement that extends beyond the Stated Purpose.

  • A Party may only disclose Confidential Information to its employees in connection with the Stated Purpose and on a need-to-know basis.


More Definitions of Stated Purpose

Stated Purpose means the stated purpose described in Section 2 of this Modified Agreement and shall be the “stated purpose” and the “purpose of the agreement” referenced in Emergency Rule 11-157(E) and IC 4-33-23.
Stated Purpose means (i) for the Evaluation Term the individual use of the Software and Premium Features by a properly licensed User to evaluate the Software and Premium Features for potential license purchase hereunder and (ii) for a Subscript ion Term the individual use of the Software and Premium Features by a properly licensed User for its normal and intended use.

The Recipient will be responsible vis-à-vis the Discloser for any failure of those persons to which it has made available the Confidential Information to comply with the obligations under this Agreement.
Stated Purpose means the storage and transportation of LNG sold by Seller to Buyer in accordance with the Agreement, and such other uses as are set forth in the Agreement and as otherwise agreed to by Buyer.
