Substantial Completion Punch List definition

Substantial Completion Punch List means the written list of items of Work with respect to Xxxx 0 or the Unit 5 Scrubber (which Contractor prepares and with which Owner agrees prior to Substantial Completion) that remain to be completed by Contractor after Substantial Completion of Unit 6 or the Unit 5 Scrubber but prior to Final Completion of Unit 6 or the Unit 5 Scrubber and which shall not affect the safety, reliability or operability of the Facility.

Substantial Completion Punch List means a list of Punch-List Items confirmed by Company’s Representative pursuant to Subsection (c) of the definition of Substantial Completion.

Examples of Substantial Completion Punch List in a sentence

  • The Contractor must complete the Substantial Completion Punch List within the Contract Time and date.

  • Upon completion of the Substantial Completion Punch List work, the Contractor shall give written notice to the PM or designated representative that the Work will be ready for Final Inspection on a specific date.

  • The PM or designated representative will provide with or independent of this certificate a list of Substantial Completion Punch List items.

  • Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the Substantial Completion Punch List within the time frame specified and prior to requesting a Final Completion Inspection.

  • If TxDOT determines the Substantial Completion Punch List Work is not complete and/or corrected, TxDOT shall, without invalidating the Contract, have the right, upon written notice to the Contractor, to complete the Work using duly qualified contractors or TxDOT forces.

  • Contractor shall notify County when the items of Work shown on the Substantial Completion Punch List are completed.

  • Contractor shall proceed within forty-eight (48) hours after preparation of the Substantial Completion Punch List to commence correction or completion of the items on the Substantial Completion Punch List, including, without limitation, any disputed items, and all such items of Work shall be completed promptly by Contractor before the Work will be considered as Substantially Complete.

  • At the conclusion of such inspection, County shall prepare and give to Contractor (or, Owner may request that Contractor prepare and provide to County) a Substantial Completion Punch List of items, if any, to be completed or corrected for Substantial Completion.

Related to Substantial Completion Punch List

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;
