Supplemental Bonus definition

Supplemental Bonus means the right to receive payment in cash of an amount determined pursuant to Article IX of this Plan.
Supplemental Bonus means the supplemental bonus defined in the resolution of the Managers of Norcross Safety Products L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company ("NORCROSS"), dated August 31, 1998.
