SUPPLEMENTAL PERSONNEL definition

SUPPLEMENTAL PERSONNEL means overhead tied to a local fire department generally by agreement who are mobilized primarily for response to incidents/wildland fires outside of their district or mutual aid zone. They are not a permanent part of the local fire organization and are not required to attend scheduled trainings, meetings, etc., of the department staff.

SUPPLEMENTAL PERSONNEL means individuals for whom Rimini Street does not issue IRS Forms W-2, if the individuals are considered temporary, term or supplemental employees or are otherwise supplementing the Rimini Street’s employee workforce by performing tasks alongside Rimini Street employees that are the same as or similar to the tasks performed by Rimini Street employees. Rimini Street is responsible for the compliance of its Supplement Personnel with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable SOWs.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
