Supplier IPR definition

Supplier IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights vested in or licensed to the Contractor prior to or independently of the performance by the Customer of its obligations under the Contract and including, for the avoidance of doubt, guidance, specifications, instructions, toolkits, plans, data, drawings, databases, patents, patterns, models and designs;

More Definitions of Supplier IPR

Supplier IPR means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed to the Supplier.
