Supplier IPR definition

Supplier IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights vested in or licensed to the Contractor prior to or independently of the performance by the Customer of its obligations under the Contract and including, for the avoidance of doubt, guidance, specifications, instructions, toolkits, plans, data, drawings, databases, patents, patterns, models and designs;

More Definitions of Supplier IPR

Supplier IPR means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned or licensed to the Supplier.

Supplier IPR means IPR owned by or licensed to the Supplier Group (including without limitation and software proprietary to Supplier Group and more fully identified in the Order Form and relevant Service Schedule. Term has the meaning given to it in clause 2.2. Third Party means a vendor, individual or entity, other than Supplier, that provides a service to Supplier or the Customer (either directly or indirectly through Supplier).
