Supplier Material definition

Supplier Material means the Deliverables and any material provided by or to which access is given by Supplier to the Customer for the purposes of the Master Agreement (which these terms and conditions form part of) including documents, data, equipment, reports, technical information, studies, plans, charts, drawings, calculations, tables, schedules and data stored by any means.

More Definitions of Supplier Material

Supplier Material means any material provided by, or to which access is given by, the Supplier to the Customer for the purposes of this Agreement including documents, software, object code, source code, configurations, equipment, hardware, reports, technical information, studies, plans, charts, drawings, calculations, tables, schedules, Scope of Works library and data stored by any means, and includes all ProcurePro, machine learned algorithms generated by ProcurePro and Developed Materials. Supplier Material does not include Third Party Material. existing or that may come to exist anywhere in the world. Systems Requirements means the systems requirements notified by the Supplier to the Customer from time to time.
Supplier Material means proprietary works of authorship, pre-existing or otherwise, including without limitation software, computer programs, methodologies, templates, flowcharts, architecture designs, tools, specifications, drawings, sketches, models, samples, records and documentation, as well as Intellectual Property Rights and any derivatives thereof, which have been originated, developed or purchased by Supplier or to a parent or affiliated company of Supplier.
Supplier Material means any material provided to a member of the Xxxxxx Bros Group by the Supplier or on the Supplier’s behalf in connection with the Contract. Tax means any present and future tax, levy, impost, duty, rate, charge, fee, deduction or withholding of any nature imposed or levied by a Government Authority, together with any penalties, fines or interest thereon.
