Supplier shall be liable for all expenses incurred to remove all contaminated material introduced to the Work Site by any Supplier Parties in accordance with appropriate governmental regulation and to the satisfaction of Owner.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Supplier Parties (as defined above) harmless from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, judgements against the Supplier Parties and all losses and expenses the Supplier Parties suffer, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or in connection with your use or misuse of the Services or any breach of these Terms of Service.
Supplier will reimburse Owner for any penalties and cost of compliance relating to OSHA or other Governmental Authority citations incurred by any of the Owner Parties arising from violations by any of the Supplier Parties.
Supplier shall ensure that Supplier Parties at all times have applicable visas, work permits, and other documentation necessary for performance of the Services, and that all immigration requirements applicable to such Supplier Parties are complied with.
If Recipient requests information reasonably required for, and related to, Regulatory Requirements, Supplier Parties shall cooperate in good faith by providing Recipient relevant Product information reasonably available to Supplier.
