Supported Sites definition

Supported Sites means the location(s) to which Services are to be provided, as set out in the applicable Order or SOW. Order Specific Terms: Cloud Services These Order Specific Terms and the Supplemental Terms apply to the extent Customer purchases Services delivered from the ‘cloud’ under the Order, all as listed in the Matrix (“Cloud Service”). Exhibit A (Definitions) and, if applicable,  Schedule 1 (Terms for the purchase of Avaya OneCloud™ CPaaS Services) are part of these Order Specific Terms; and  Country Specific Additional Terms available at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/TermsOfSale (or such successor site).
Supported Sites means Customer’s location(s) to which Services are to be provided, as set out in the applicable Order or SOW. Technical “T&M Services” or “time and material Services” are Technical Services which are billed by Avaya based upon the time spent to perform the work and for the materials used.

Examples of Supported Sites in a sentence

  • In return for the payment of applicable fees and subject to compliance with the terms of the SLSA, these Order Specific Terms, and the applicable Service Description or Service Agreement Supplement, Avaya will provide the Support or Managed Services (collectively “Services”) options selected by Customer for Supported Products at the Supported Sites set forth in the applicable Order.

  • Customer will provide all Supported Products and Supported Sites.


More Definitions of Supported Sites

Supported Sites means Customer’s location(s) to which Services are to be provided, as set out in the applicable Order or SOW.
Supported Sites means any locations specified on a Maintenance Services Order Form or Statement of Work. Supported Sites may have been referenced as Customer Premises, Customer Locations, and/or a similar defined term under the C1SI Legacy Master Agreement.
Supported Sites are locations specified in the SSA. Monitoring. Centre may electronically monitor Supported Products and Supported Systems for the following purposes: (i) to perform remote diagnostics and corrective actions; (ii) to determine system configuration and applicable charges; (iii) to verify compliance with applicable software license terms and restrictions; (iv) when providing managed Services, to assess Customer needs for additional products or Services; (v) as otherwise provided in the Support Specifications.
Supported Sites means the locations listed in Schedule 3.4 where Supported Hardware is located or Services are to be provided, which are supported by PSC Personnel who are based at such locations.

Related to Supported Sites

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Supported QFC has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.
