SWFWMD Permit definition

SWFWMD Permit means any and all permits issued by the Southwest Florida Water Management District (“SWFWMD”) applicable to the Property, as may be amended or modified from time to time. A copy of the SWFWMD Permit is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
SWFWMD Permit means that any and all Southwest Florida Water Management District Permits applicable to the Property, as may be amended or modified from time to time.
SWFWMD Permit means the SWFWMD Permit No. approving a conceptual surface water management plan for Artistry as the same may be amended from time to time, a current copy of which is attached to the Declaration as Exhibit “E” for informational purposes only and may be amended by Declarant at any time and from time to time in accordance with the approval process of SWFWMD.

  • In the event the SWFWMD Permit and Plan require any changes to the County-approved plan, an amendment to the County- approved plan shall be submitted for review and approval prior to the issuance of the Site Development Permit.

More Definitions of SWFWMD Permit

SWFWMD Permit means any permit issued by SWFWMD relating to the operation and maintenance of the Surface Water/Stormwater Management System.
SWFWMD Permit means SWFWMD Permit No. 48-012637.00 authorizing the surface water management system for Kylemont together with any successor operational permit, granted to Developer or the Association and issued under the provisions of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, and Florida Administrative Code Rules 40D-4 and 40D-40.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • State permit means an approval to conduct a land-disturbing activity issued by the State Board in the form of a state stormwater individual permit or coverage issued under a state general permit or an approval issued by the State Board for stormwater discharges from an MS4. Under these state permits, the Commonwealth imposes and enforces requirements pursuant to the federal Clean Water Act and regulations, the Virginia Stormwater Management Act and the Regulations.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Licenses and Permits means all foreign, local, state and federal licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, Contracts, consents, accreditations and approvals necessary for the operation of the Business.

  • Land use permit means a permit issued by a land use authority.

  • Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.
