SWFWMD Permit definition

SWFWMD Permit means that any and all Southwest Florida Water Management District Permits applicable to the Property, as may be amended or modified from time to time.
SWFWMD Permit means any and all permits issued by the Southwest Florida Water Management District (“SWFWMD”) applicable to the Property, as may be amended or modified from time to time. A copy of the SWFWMD Permit is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
SWFWMD Permit means the SWFWMD Permit No. approving a conceptual surface water management plan for Artistry as the same may be amended from time to time, a current copy of which is attached to the Declaration as Exhibit “E” for informational purposes only and may be amended by Declarant at any time and from time to time in accordance with the approval process of SFWMDSWFWMD.

  • The Property has been or will be developed in accordance with requirements of the SWFWMD Permit, and the Association, or any permitee or successor permitee under the SWFWMD Permit, has the right to assure that all terms and conditions thereof are enforced.

  • If the proposed amendment necessitates a modification to the SWFWMD Permit, the modification to the SWFWMD Permit must be approved by the SWFWMD prior to the amendment to these Articles.

  • Any such proposed amendments must be submitted to the SWFWMD for a determination of whether the amendment necessitates a modification to the SWFWMD Permit.

  • The Association shall have the right to bring an action, at law or in equity, against a Lot Owner violating any terms or provision of the SWFWMD Permit.

  • All Owners of Lots shall, by acceptance of title to the Lot be deemed to have assumed the obligation to comply with the requirements of the SWFWMD Permit as such relate to the Lot.

  • In the event that a Lot Owner violates the terms and conditions of the SWFWMD Permit and for any reason the Developer or the Association is cited therefor, the Lot Owner agrees to indemnify and hold the Developer and the Association harmless from all costs arising in connection therewith, including without limitation all costs and attorneys’ fees as well as costs of curing such violation.

  • The Association, or any permitee or successor permitee under the SWFWMD Permit, shall have the right to bring an action, at law or in equity, against a Lot Owner violating any terms or provision of the SWFWMD Permit.

  • The Property has been developed in accordance with requirements of the SWFWMD Permit, and the Association has the obligation to assure that all terms and conditions thereof are enforced.

  • Pasco County Access Management has obtained SWFWMD Permit No. 43028120.00, issued May 30, 2006, for the widening of Moon Lake Road.


More Definitions of SWFWMD Permit

SWFWMD Permit means any permit issued by SWFWMD relating to the operation and maintenance of the Surface Water/Stormwater Management System.
SWFWMD Permit means any permit issued by SWFWMD, pertaining to Overall Property, or any portion thereof.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • State permit means an approval to conduct a land-disturbing activity issued by the State Board in the form of a state stormwater individual permit or coverage issued under a state general permit or an approval issued by the State Board for stormwater discharges from an MS4. Under these state permits, the Commonwealth imposes and enforces requirements pursuant to the federal Clean Water Act and regulations, the Virginia Stormwater Management Act and the Regulations.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.

  • Licenses and Permits means, collectively, all of Seller’s right, title and interest, to the extent assignable, in and to licenses, permits, certificates of occupancy, approvals, dedications, subdivision maps and entitlements now or hereafter issued, approved or granted by the Authorities in connection with the Real Property and the Improvements, together with all renewals and modifications thereof.

  • Land use permit means a permit issued by a land use authority.

For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.
