Teacher Work Year definition

Teacher Work Year. Consists of eight-hundred and five (185) days (180 instructional, five (5) student free days/staff development).
Teacher Work Year will be extended to 185 days (180 instructional, 5 student free 37 days/staff development). These two additional days will be added to the 2014-15 and 38 2015-16 school calendars, but will sunset at the completion of the 2015-16 school year. 39
