Technical Support Team definition

Technical Support Team means the KCOM team who manage the Incident Management Procedure as detailed in the Service Operations Manual;
Technical Support Team means the second level technical support team of Maintel contacted via the Customer Support Team to deal with queries raised via the Maintel Help Desk, as more particularly described in this Schedule.

Related to Technical Support Team

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
