The Special Tenders Committee will reject a proposal for award if it determines that the Bidder has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contract in question.
A bidder may refuse the request without forfeiting its proposal security; however, in its discretion, the Special Tenders Committee may cease further review and consideration of such bidder’s proposal.
