Trail Network Plan definition

Trail Network Plan means the version of the Concept Plan, similarly entitled and dated, modified to identify the Trail System with thick dashed lines and arrows, shown in red on the colour version of the plan, and attached to this Agreement as Schedule "E"; which is to be dedicated or otherwise secured in accordance with this Agreement for the use and enjoyment of the public in perpetuity.
Trail Network Plan means the plan entitled Trail Network Plan, dated October 8th, 2015, prepared by Selkirk Planning and Design and attached to this Agreement as Schedule "E".

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.
