Transferred Obligations definition

Transferred Obligations means, after giving effect to the amendments referred to in Section 2.4, all of the Existing Beneficiary’s obligations, duties and liabilities under the GATS Trust Instrument arising during or required to be performed during any period after the Effective Time. Transferred Rights means, after giving effect to the amendments referred to in Section 2.4, all of the Existing Beneficiary’s rights, title and interest in, to and under the GATS Trust Instrument arising during or relating to any period after the Effective Time.
Transferred Obligations means: in the case of the Existing Trustee, all of the Existing Trustee’s obligations, duties and liabilities under the GATS Trust Instrument, but excluding the Retained Obligations of the Existing Trustee; and in the case of the Existing Trust Company, all of the Existing Trust Company’s obligations, duties and liabilities under the GATS Trust Instrument, but excluding the Retained Obligations of the Trust Company.
Transferred Obligations means all of the Existing Secured Party’s obligations, duties and liabilities under the GATS Security Instrument, but excluding the Retained Obligations.

More Definitions of Transferred Obligations

Transferred Obligations shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.
Transferred Obligations means all present and future obligations expressed to be assumed by the Seller under the Loan Agreement and which are attributable to the Transferred Assets;
