Transition Project Plan the plan which sets out the process to manage the transition of the Services to the ContractorUK Regulationsall laws and legislation of England applicable to the Services and/or the output from the Services (including, where applicable, the Data Protection Xxx 0000 and all rules, directions, regulations and recommendations issued by Regulatory Authorities which are applicable to the Services and in the case of recommendations treated as binding by Client)

Examples of Transition Project Plan in a sentence

  • Service Provider shall implement the Information Security Requirements as set forth in Schedule I (DRAFT Transition Project Plan), which may be amended from time to time; provided, however, that Service Provider’s requirements regarding implementation of the Information Security Requirements shall be no less than those stated in the original Schedule I (DRAFT Transition Project Plan).

  • The objectives of the Transition Project Plan are to transfer the existing services from the State of Texas Incumbent Service Provider to the MSI and SCP providers, and to achieve the MSI and SCP Statements of Work as described below in Phase I and Phase II of the Transition.

  • The scope of the initial Transition Project Plan is to:• set up the Service Desk and Payroll Centres• deliver new business processes, including training Ministry staff and schools’ payroll support staff• implement and host a modern payroll system or systems• receive a data extract from the existing IT system, transform, clean and load data into the new payroll system or systems• define and implement new service support and service delivery processes, including supporting IT systems.

  • The DCS Integrated Transition Project Plan is a Microsoft Project plan comprised of the summary tasks of the MSI and SCP plans, and includes the milestones of Attachment 19-A and Data Center Services Service Component Provider Attachment 19-A (DIR Contract Number DIR-DCS-SCP Service Component Provider-MSA-002).

  • For the purposes of transition governance the Transition Steering Group shall meet on a monthly basis (unless otherwise agreed by the parties) for the duration of the period defined in the Transition Project Plan.

  • Each task line item of the DCS integrated Transition Project Plan is representative of detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) from the MSI and SCP detailed Microsoft Project plans.

  • The Key Milestones shall be developed from the Transition Project Plan.

Related to Transition Project Plan

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;
