Uniform Policies definition

Uniform Policies means all AOL policies, procedures, methods of doing business and other rules or practices of any sort with respect to any subject matter generally applicable and consistently applied to all JV Affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt, not all Uniform Policies of AOL will be relevant to every JV Affiliate or lead to the same result with respect to each JV Affiliate. An AOL policy to comply with local obscenity laws may, for example, prohibit the distribution of Content on one AOL Service in one country but permit dissemination of the same Content on another AOL Service in another country.
