University Materials definition

University Materials means all materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content and technology, in any form or media, directly or indirectly provided or made available to Supplier by or on behalf of the University in connection with this Agreement, whether or not the same are owned by the University, a Third Party or in the public domain.
University Materials means, collectively, all Content and all other information in any form or media, including but not limited to documents, data, know-how, ideas, specifications, software code and other materials provided to Supplier by or on behalf of University hereunder, whether or not the same: (a) are owned by University, a third party or in the public domain; or (b) qualify for or are protected by any Intellectual Property Rights.
University Materials means any type of work produced for administrative purposes, including but not limited to promotion and marketing of the university courses, students and staff recruitment, papers for any internal committee or similar body, material included in any university handbook for employees or students or ant other university purpose and any item created by an employee of the university whose job description specifically includes the creation of printed or electronic materials.

Examples of University Materials in a sentence

  • Legal title to any Sponsor Materials or University Materials transferred hereunder will be unaffected by this Agreement or the transfer of materials made hereunder.

  • Concordia University shall be responsible for developing and providing the Concordia University Materials for the Programs and supporting Instructors in the design and development of the Concordia University Materials.

  • Sponsor may not use the University Materials for any purpose other than the Research as currently provided for in this Agreement, or as agreed to in writing by both parties, nor may Sponsor take, send, or otherwise provide the University Materials to any third party, except as expressly permitted herein, without the prior written approval of University.

  • Following expiry or termination of this Agreement, Sponsor will, at the request of University, return or properly destroy University Materials and University’s Confidential Information received by Sponsor under this Agreement.

  • Concordia University grants to Greenwood Hall a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to (a) reproduce the Concordia University Materials in digital form of display on the website created by Greenwood Hall and (b) reproduce, transmit, communicate, display or distribute the Concordia University Materials in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of University Materials

University Materials means any documents, data, information, know-how, methodologies, software and other materials provided to Provider by the University.
University Materials shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 hereto.
