Unsatisfactory Conduct definition

Unsatisfactory Conduct means any conduct by the Consultant and/or the Employee that constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement or which in the reasonable opinion of the Customer may bring the Product, any Client, or the Customer into disrepute or harm of any kind, or involves any misuse of the Customer’s Facilities or involves accessing, viewing or downloading or sending any material that is pornographic, defamatory or untrue, misleading or deceptive or does any other act or thing which is harmful to the Customer or to any of its Clients or is a serious breach of this Agreement.
Unsatisfactory Conduct means conduct which falls below the standard that is expected of a member in human resource decision making but does not amount to professional misconduct particularly when rendering professional services and does not attract disciplinary measures but remedial measures such as further trainings.
Unsatisfactory Conduct means failure to observe Company policies and procedures.

Unsatisfactory Conduct means failure by a staff member to act in accordance with any official document of the Court governing rights and obligations of staff members, such as the Staff Regulations and Rules and the Financial Regulations and Rules, or any relevant resolutions and decisions of the ASP, or failure to observe the standards of conduct expected of an international civil servant.
