Collected Data definition

Collected Data means certain information which Symantec may collect, retain, process, disclose and use in connection with Your use of the Licensed Software, or Your devices or systems with which the Licensed Software operates, and may include, but is not limited to, Personal Information about You, about Your employees, agents or contractors acting on Your behalf.

Collected Data consists of IO Details, Performance Data, and Site Data.

Collected Data means electronic data and information submitted to, imported, or otherwise transferred by or for Customer to the Service. Collected Data does not include User Account Information.

Examples of Collected Data in a sentence

• Customer acknowledges that if it wishes to protect its transmission of Collected Data, it will use a secure encrypted connection to communicate with the Service.

• Treasure Data offers secure communication protocols (Transport Layer Security/Secure Socket Layer, and https) in its web applications in the Treasure Agent (the software that runs as a background process on a device that collects logs from various data sources and uploads them to the Service) where Collected Data is collected to help protect its transmission over the Internet.

• Service Materials include materials created for or in cooperation with Customer, but do not include any Collected Data, Customer’s Confidential Information or the Service.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Business Logic does not include the underlying Collected Data.

• Customer grants Treasure Data a royalty-free, fully paid up, non-exclusive, non-transferrable (except under Section 10.3), worldwide right to use Collected Data and Customer Technology solely to provide and support the Service and Professional Services.

Collected Data means certain information which Veritas may collect, retain, disclose and use in connection with Your use of the Licensed Software and may include, but is not limited to, personally identifiable information about You, Your employees, agents or contractors acting on Your behalf, Your devices or systems or Your Licensed Software usage.

Collected Data means all Data stored in the Database, which may be accessed by Data Accessors;

Collected Data means all End-User and other information gathered by the use of Creative Clicks Service in combination with the placement and/or use of the Ad on a Site.
