Use Year means a calendar year or other period established by The Club Operating Company for each membership type during which a Member’s periodic allocation of Points received upon payment of the Club Dues for that period must be used in accordance with the Club Rules unless the Member has borrowed orsaved such Points to the extent permitted under the Club Rules. The period established as the Use Year may vary for different membership types.
Use Year means an annual recurring twelve (12) month period.
Use Year means, with respect to an Original Vacation Plan or a Regular Vacation Plan, a calendar year, commencing January 1st. With respect to a BiennialVacation Plan, “Use year” shall mean the alternate one (1)-calendar year periodcommencing in either an even-numbered or odd-numbered calendar year, depending upon the Owner’s choice at the time the Biennial Vacation Plan was purchased. Each Biennial Vacation Plan entitles its Owner to only one (1) Use Week every two (2) calendar years.
Examples of Use Year in a sentence
The Use Year shall continue for successive twelve (12) month periods for so long as the Vacation Ownership Plan continues.
RCI Points that have been saved must be used in the Use Year into which they were saved.
Saved RCI Points may be transferred to another Member, but those RCI Points are usable only within the transferee Member’s current Use Year and may not be saved again.
A Home Resort Priority Period Exchange Request must be for the same unit type, season, and number of Points using only those Points allotted in the current Use Year for the Vacation Time used to make the Exchange Request.
The Purchaser must designate a Benefit Use Year for the Beneficiary of a Contract.

Use Year as defined in Section 11.1:
Use Year means a calendar year or other period established by Operating Company for each membership type during which a Member may deposit the Use Rights associated with the Member’s Qualifying Interest for inclusion in the Exchange Pool in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The period established as the Use Year may vary for different membership types and may vary from the period set in a given Member’s Home Resort’s governing documents for the use or redemption of his or her Use Rights relating to his or her Qualifying Interest.
Use Year means each calendar year; provided, however, that in the event a Use Period is shown on the Use Period Calendar to occur in two calendar years, then Use Year shall refer to each such calendar year
